1. The Cardunity service

Cardunity is a service provided by Spells Technologies S.r.l. to manage stock, listings, orders and prices across connected channels. Available features depend on your plan, the permissions granted and the integrations actually enabled.

Cardunity is not a party to sales contracts concluded on marketplaces. Sellers remain responsible for their listings, sales, shipping, taxes and obligations to buyers. The terms of the marketplace used also apply.

2. Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate, up-to-date information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and content you are authorised to manage. If you act for a business, you must have authority to represent it. Promptly report unauthorised access to info@cardunity.io.

Connecting a channel authorises Cardunity to perform the operations covered by the features you enable and the permissions you grant. You can disconnect the channel or revoke authorisation on the marketplace; operations already completed are not automatically reversed.

3. Plans, trials and payments

Prices, limits, applicable taxes, billing frequency and trial conditions are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout before purchase. Subscriptions renew at the chosen interval unless cancelled. Any trial converts to a paid subscription on the terms shown at checkout unless cancelled in time.

Manage your subscription and cancellation in the workspace billing section. The end date is shown in the confirmation. If your plan is no longer active, imports, synchronisation and automations requiring it may stop. Contact us for billing problems or refund requests; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Consumer rights

If you purchase as a consumer, statutory protections apply, including, where applicable, the right to withdraw within 14 days of entering into the contract. You can notify us of withdrawal with an explicit statement to info@cardunity.io, identifying the account and purchase concerned. Starting the service does not by itself waive your rights; any exceptions or proportionate charges for services already performed apply only under the conditions laid down by law.

5. Synchronisation and Price Bot

Synchronisation is asynchronous and also depends on the availability and limits of external services. Delays, errors or simultaneous sales can occur: check the status of operations and keep stock up to date. The absence of overselling is not guaranteed.

Price Bot applies the rules and limits you configure. Market data is a reference, may be incomplete or out of date and does not guarantee a selling price or financial result. Check strategies, card variants and prices before enabling automatic changes.

6. Permitted use and content

Do not use Cardunity for unlawful activities, to infringe others' rights, bypass permissions or compromise the security and availability of the service. You retain rights to the content you upload and authorise its processing and transmission to connected channels as necessary to provide the requested features. Third-party trademarks, card images and data remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and liability

Maintenance, incidents and marketplace changes may limit the service. We may suspend affected operations for security reasons, legal obligations or breaches of these terms, informing you where possible. Cardunity's liability remains as provided by law; no clause excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Workspace closure and data

You can request workspace closure at info@cardunity.io. Cancelling a subscription, disconnecting a channel and deleting data are separate operations. Before closure, check pending operations and retain the data you need to meet your obligations. The processing and retention of personal data are described in the Privacy policy.

9. Updates and applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Statutory consumer jurisdiction remains applicable. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply; plan or price changes do not retroactively alter periods already paid for. For support or complaints, write to info@cardunity.io.
